SHIPPING & HANDLING:
- Orders are sent via USPS.
- Most orders ship within 3-5 days unless back ordered in which case we will contact you.
- Orders under $250 shipping and handling $12.00.
- If you need an items ASAP please e-mail us and we can work with you to make arrangements for expedited shipping.
- All delivery time frames are estimates only. There are no guaranteed delivery dates. However, if your order does not arrive after 30 days, please let us know.
RETURNS – EXCHANGES – CONCERNS:
- Please e-mail us within 15 days of when you receive your package with any concerns or issues.
- If a return or exchange is accepted, customer pays for shipping to return the item and for the new shipping cost back to customer.
- To request an exchange or return please do the following:
- E-mail with the subject title of the e-mail stating “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN”
- You must provide
- Name and e-mail address used when placing order
- Order Number
- Contact phone number
- Reason for exchange or return
- The item, including color and size info that you want to exchange and what you want in it’s place.
